Gary J. Blanchard, RA, AIA, NCARB, is a principal in charge of architectural operations. His experience includes 18 years of project and program management involving federal, aviation (land and air side operations), commercial, retail, water infrastructure, residential, educational, municipal, entertainment and industrial facilities. Mr. Blanchard's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, business development, project management, construction administration, quality control, code and permitting reviews.
